Stony Point Battlefield State Historic Site – The Stony Point Battlefield State Historic Site is one of the most important and one of the last battles of the Revolutionary War. This was where a group of armed colonists overtook the British post and paved the way so they could take control of the area and get it away from the British. Today the site includes a museum as well as historic re-enactments that show how military life was back in the 18th century.
