The path is wheelchair accessible and provides access to the Wild Duck Pond Area. The park area has pavilions and other areas that are great for a wide variety of recreational activities. White Trail – White Trail is an intermediate biking trail. It is over 1.7 miles long and has various grades for added difficulty. It includes old mining roads, as well as single and double-track areas. This is a great trail for individuals who are looking for a way to add more exercise to their daily routines. The Old Dickinson Mine Road also has historical significance and allows you to look over both the lake and the beach.
Hackensack River County Park Trail – The Hackensack River County Park Trail is a 1.1-mile loop that is perfect if you are looking for a fun way to spend part of your day. Completing the loop takes approximately 20 minutes and offers beautiful waterfront views. If you are out looking at Bergen County homes for sale, the trail will be a great way to relax and enjoy a little family time. There are also areas for hiking and fishing.
Goffle Brook Park Pathway – Goffle Brook Park Pathway is an out-and-back trail. It is three miles in length and open all year long. You can even bring your dogs! The bike path can be completed in a little less than an hour. It's popular for walking and biking and offers areas for other types of recreational activities as well. It is both wheelchair and stroller friendly. The trail is well-maintained and has benches if you need to take a break.
Saddle River County Park – Saddle River County Park offers more than just the bike trail. There are many open areas well-suited for a wide variety of recreational activities. Benches, pavilions, and picnic areas are easily accessible and are nice if you want to spend the day with your friends and family. There are several hiking trails and access to the Saddle River for fishing and other fun activities. The park covers over 577 acres and includes five recreational areas.
